How’s this for a day? Step up on the tee of a par 3 as the first hole of a shotgun start. First swing of the day. In the hole. That’s how it happened for Ray Burton in yesterday’s tournament. And despite all advice to get in the car and head in after that swing, Ray kept going. And winds up winning the tournament in the net division. I’d say that’s a day well spent, wouldn’t you?
